PLEASE NOTE:

Rates shown are for one couple in one room. Extra guests, or use of the second bedroom, are an additional £10 per person per night.
An additional £100 for housekeeping, household consumables linen & towels is applied to each booking.
There is no charge for pets; all are welcome. Please bring dog beds and blankets.
Bookings are preferred which start & finish on Fridays or Mondays.
Weekly bookings are preferred; from Friday to Friday or Monday to Monday, but other days are possible.
Short House sleeps up to 6 using two extra beds (one in bed 2 and one in the main room), or the travel cot, provided at no additional charge, which fits in Bed 1 or Bed 2.
Booking deposit: 25% (non-refundable), balance due two months prior to arrival.
Check-in from 3pm; check-out at 10am.
Payment by bank transfer or PayPal (which can be paid by credit card.)
